A Coven Family in Ravencrest.
Mrs. Donovan is a kind old woman who helps Kelly when Troy attacks her in the street and she retaliates. Kelly doesn't find out until later that "the old woman" who helped her was not only a witch but on the Coven as well.
Not much else is known about the Donovans.
