At first glance, they appear to be every day ordinary Norms but they are in fact a rare form of Unseen. There are only about ten or so Seers in the world.
Seers are gifted with "foresight", an ability that allows them to see future events. This gift varies from Seer to Seer. Some Seers have visions constantly while others only get one or two their entire lifetime.
The most famous Seer is The Oracle. The Oracle is the legendary figure from Delphi, the most powerful Seer in the world. Sadly there hasn't been a true Oracle for centuries, most Unseen believe her bloodline to be extinct.
The Knights of the Sacred Sword currently have a Seer by the name of Nancy Bastion.
